Art in unexpected places ...


I visited the first ever permanent "LomoWall" this weekend - basically it's a mosaic of 14,000 analogue photographs on a 30 metre long wall on Tariff Street in Manchester!
 The images were all taken by amateur photographers and are of various landmarks and details of Manchester life. 
  Apparently someone attempted to submit a picture of London Bridge but it was spotted and weeded out!

  2. Wow! So amazing! Is this protected from the weather? I'm sure they are not paper photos, but what are they made of?

    1. Yes they have some sort of coating on them Maggie, not sure what it is exactly but would have to be tough what with all the rain we get here!
