This is my latest painting which is now in my Etsy shop. This was done using an oft used method of mine;
Stage 1 - having an idea and putting some paint on a canvas
Stage 2 - deciding I don't like it, and leaving it turned against a wall for anything from a day to several months
Stage 3 - looking at it again and deciding that actually, it's not bad -I could do something with it
Stage 4 - working on it again with a new burst of girlish enthusiasm. And finally
Stage 5 - putting it up on the wall for a day or so - if there is nothing about it that bugs me, I know it's finished!!

Wow, that's quite a process!! I think I like stage 4 the best - the girlish enthusiasm is fabulous!! Whatever the process your work is fantastic!!
