Art Auction for Angel Faces

|I'm very excited to announce that the Inspiration Avenue etsy team (after much hard work!) are now ready to proudly present our first ever charity auction, in aid of Angel Faces. 

All the artists taking part have provided their work free, and ALL PROCEEDS will be donated to the charity. 

There are lots of lovely items up for auction, and a few I have an eye on myself!

This is my auction piece - "Twelve Butterflies on Red".

This is an original mixed media canvas measuring 6 x 12 x 1.5", created with collaged butterflies, acrylics and coloured pencil. 

Butterflies are a favourite theme of mine at the moment. I love their shape, and their symbolism; they are thought to represent the human soul in some cultures. I am also fascinated by collections of all kinds, and these remind me a bit of  one of the display cases in the natural history museum!

HOW TO PLACE YOUR BID

Just click HERE (the Inspiration Avenue blog) to place your bid. Only bids placed on the Inspiration Avenue blog will be counted. 

The starting bid for this original artwork is $22.00. There is no extra charge for packaging or shipping.

Bids will be accepted from tomorrow (Sunday March 7th) up until 12 noon on Sunday March 14th.

Only bids in US dollars will be counted, and bids must be in round dollars (i.e.$22.00, not $22.15!)

Please leave your email address or other method of contact when placing a bid, so that a Paypal invoice can be sent if you are successful.

The winning bidder will receive a Paypal invoice, and will have 72 hours to make payment before the item is offered to the next highest bidder.
